Duane Kamrath served as pastor at Salem Lutheran in Jackson, Minnesota, in the 1970s, and at St. Paul Lutheran in Stewart, Minnesota, in the 1980s and early ‘90s. His retirement home is in LeSueur, Minnesota.

sorry, but I wanted to read Duane Kamrath’s speech, but I do not get into face-book, twitter or my space and I don’t get videos, for some reason, if this was a video. I’m extrememly interested in this agenda or issue and for as long as I can remember, have been against war for any reason. I used to teach my children, that it takes a bigger man or woman to walk away from a fight, than to get into one. I’m a nurse and felt that if I ever were “drafted” to go to war, I’d only do it as a conscious objector and only if I’d work as a nurse to save lives not cause deaths.
