[Truthdig] Editor’s note: Michael Ratner, the pioneering civil rights and constitutional lawyer, died Wednesday from cancer complications at age 72. In 2013, Ratner spoke on Truthdig Radio with Truthdig Editor in Chief Robert Scheer and former Truthdig Managing Editor Peter Scheer. To honor Ratner, we are reposting the audio of that interview.
