Rise Up Times Welcomes You!
LEARN MORE AND HELP SUSTAIN MEDIA FOR THE PEOPLE!
Dear Fellow Activists,
Thank you for reading and sharing Rise Up Times. With a mainstream corporate media that is beholden to powerful financial and political interests that do not have the good of the people at heart, we need to share and discuss information and activism more than ever. Here are a few of the many good things taking place:

Now in over a year of the Trump regime, our Resistance continues. People continue to organize against the evils of the Trump administration.
We the people continue to rise up and resist in many ways — on the streets, in the legislatures, in the cities and towns, in the universities, as we rise against this monstrous machine locally, nationally, and globally, creating solutions grounded in the common good while challenging corporate militaristic globalism based on racism and white supremacy.
To paraphrase Winston Churchill, we shall fight on the streets, we shall fight in the courts, we shall fight in the ballot box, we shall fight in the cities and in the towns and on the ranches and farms, we shall fight in the the arctic circle, in the hills, the desert, the fields, the mountains, …we shall fight throughout the land, we shall never surrender…
Carl Sandburg knew:
The people yes. The people will live on. …
In the darkness with a great bundle of grief the people march.
In the night, and overhead a shovel of stars for keeps, the people
“Where to? what next?”
