I beg your pardon; when you wrote, “we are the ones who make this country prosperous and Great!” I conclude you are either delusional, foolish, stupid, or crazy. Take away the teachers, nurses, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, cooks, small business owners, elder and child care givers, garment makers, house cleaners, gardeners, janitors, garbage collectors, what do you have left? You not only sound delusional, you look foolish. As to wars, who benefits? Who prospers? Who profits? Who suffers? Who dies? Who returns home with mental, physical, and spiritual wounds? Do you?
Yes, you are correct. She even had some folks at OccupyMN fooled for a minute, though. The WAMM Peace Troupe has successfully used the billionaires to attract attention to the inequity between the rich and what we now call the 99% and the obscene amount of money we spend on wars. On the WAMM Mall in Minneapolis people were interviewed over the summer. The videos are posted on WAMMToday throughout the summer.
I’m assuming “Mrs. Hoover Pride, Billionaire> Representing the 1%> WAMM” is a sarcastic ridicule of the class … she looks so trashy, a character imitating insensitive and reprehensible values. Do I read her correctly?
One of my people showed me this bit of communication. I find it appalling that Billionaires are so criticized this season. Why, we are the ones who make this country prosperous and Great! When I visited the “People’s Plaza” to represent our 1%, I also heard complaints about “endless wars.” Since wars are the reality, however, it seems sensible to take advantage to the opportunities. Financial profits are substantial!
